The UN Secretary General has expressed his "deep concern" over tensions between India and Pakistan following the deadly attack on 26 tourists in Indian-administered Kashmir. India accused Pakistan of being indirectly involved and said two suspects are Pakistani nationals. India has suspended a landmark water treaty in response. Chairman of the Pakistan People's Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, was asked about his remarks that if water does not flow to Pakistan, India's blood will.
