After almost three years of waiting, Wednesday season 2 is finally coming to Netflix in 2025, with hints about the story and details about new and returning characters slowly being unveiled. It’s still unclear which dark mystery Ortega’s Wednesday Addams will be solving at Nevermore Academy this season, but the new teaser reveals it’ll once again involve the Hyde/Tyler Galpin. While only a few seconds of footage are shown in Netflix’s 2025 releases teaser, the clip reveals that Tyler (in his human form) is being chained up in Willow Hill, the same psychiatric hospital his Hyde mother was sent to years before. Wednesday seemingly appears in front of him in his hospital room in one of her psychic visions, with Tyler menacingly looking up at her while in solitary. After the events of Wednesday season 1’s ending, it seems Tyler is out for revenge, and his confined return indicates season 2 is living up to its genre and tone teases.
