Paul Doyle has been charged with seven offences after the car crash in Liverpool, UK, on Monday. The 53-year-old, from West Derby in Liverpool, will appear in Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Friday. Police said 79 people were hurt in total; the youngest victim was nine years old, the oldest was 78.
